Why are the videos different prices?
The videos are priced as follows:
- Videos under 20 minutes - $5
- Videos between 20 and 40 minutes - $10
- Videos above 40 minutes - $25
I have purchased a video and don’t like it, may I have a refund?
As stated during checkout, all purchases are non-refundable.
May I download a video?
Videos cannot be downloaded but are always available in your personal video library which you have lifetime access to.
How quickly can I watch a video after purchasing?
Right away!
May I share my account with a friend or family member?
Accounts are for you only. IP addresses are logged and if it is discovered that your account has been shared, your account may be closed permanently.
