Frequently Asked Questions
Teacher collections are offered as follows:
- Each teacher collection is a separate one-time $50 purchase.
- Each collection contains approximately one hour or more of qualifying instruction from one teacher. A teacher may offer more than one collection when enough additional qualifying content is available, and each collection is purchased separately.
- Individual videos are not sold separately. Videos purchased before collections were introduced remain available through your account.
Teacher collection purchases are non-refundable.
Videos included in your collection cannot be downloaded. Your purchased collection will remain available to stream through your account for as long as the school continues to exist and operate.
Yes. If the school adds new content to a collection you purchased, it will automatically become available through your account at no additional charge. School administrators may exceptionally remove a video from a sold collection when a correction, rights issue, or similar circumstance requires it.
Your collection becomes available through your account as soon as your order is successfully completed.
Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing your account with friends or family members is not permitted.

We'd be happy to hear from you. Teachers may submit individual videos. Approximately one hour of qualifying content is required for each collection. Once a teacher has enough additional qualifying content, the school may organize it into another $50 collection. You can learn more and submit a sample via our join form.
