This Sweet Kale Salad is is loaded with fruits with a light, tart but mellow Salad dressing made with Kiwi, Avocado and fresh squeezed orange juice. It’s layered on a bed of Kiwi and topped with crunchy pistachio nuts. 🥑
This salad pairs well with a Green Kale Juice made with apples and pears. It’s the right accompaniment to this robust salad which bursts with fruit juices in every bite. 🍸
